Staenis system on vaults: quotation and minimum screed height
The customer asked whether the Staenis system works on vaults, how an insulating screed is applied, and asked for a quote for 40m² on vaults. In addition, the customer wanted to know what the minimum height is for a screed with the Staenis system in another room.

- An insulating screed can be used to insulate the floor and hide pipes, while providing a stable base for tiles. The R-value per cm height of the insulating screed is 0.15. More information: Insulating screed.

- The minimum height for a screed with the Staenis system is 45 mm without adjustable feet. With adjustable feet the minimum height is 50 mm. Flat shims can be used for a height of 47 mm.
