Dovetailed sheeting are installed on a load-bearing wooden grating, on which a screed can be placed immediately.

Floor construction manual

1. Place the dovetailed sheeting according to the manufacturer and place the underfloor heating pipes if necessary. 2. Place the Staenis grid and adjust it to the correct height with a screwdriver. As standard, screed is poured 8 cm high/thick. 3. Fill in the Staenis grid properly with screed and flatten it on the top of the Staenis grid. Sprinkle some screed on the surface and polish with a large sanding board. This ensures that the remaining holes are filled and a good bonding strength to the tile is guaranteed. Always place an expansion strip or edge insulation along the walls. 4. When screeding a floor on Lewis slabs, it is recommended to use a minimum of 5 cm of screed from the bottom of the Lewis slab to the top of the screed. If you still want to chap with a lower thickness, make sure that the Lewis plate is well supported at the bottom to prevent sagging. In addition, a stronger screed than C20 can be chosen, but it is always safer to properly support the Lewis plate. So test the strength well before you finish the floor. You can always contact us for further questions. 5. Tip: Place a foil over the freshly placed screed to prevent it from drying out too quickly and silting up. 6. Approved floor coverings: natural stone and ceramic tiles, multi-layer parquet, laminate, cork, carpet and vinyl. Always follow the installation instructions of both the floor covering manufacturer and the store where the purchase was made, and, if necessary, first apply a leveling layer or waterproofing.

By simply pressing a button on the silo, you can prepare fresh sand cement screed at a rate of 3 m³/h and this without time pressure to process the large amount of sand cement screed.

There are 2 separate compartments in the silo. 1 part filled with sand (0/4-0/7mm) and the other part filled with dry cement (250kg/m³). These are only mixed with water at the moment you wish.

The big advantage of this is that you can make fresh sand cement screed at your own pace and for a few weeks.
