Single OSB

Possible top plates
Single OSB of 18-22 mm or at least 2x OSB of 12 mm
Only floating floor coverings allowed. OSB thickness depending on the chosen floor covering.
Double Fermacell of 10 or 12.5 mm glued and screwed together
